By creating an account or using PomoCraft (the "App", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including those who sign in with Google or use the App as a guest.
2. Description of Service
PomoCraft is a Pomodoro-based productivity platform that helps you manage focus sessions, tasks, and time. Features include:
- Pomodoro timer with customizable work and break durations
- Task management with project organization
- Focus statistics and productivity insights
- Optional integration with Google Calendar (read-only) and Google Tasks
- Gamification features including XP, levels, achievements, and challenges
3. User Accounts
Registration
You may use PomoCraft as a guest or create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at TheDevAthlete@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Google Services Integration
PomoCraft optionally integrates with Google Calendar and Google Tasks. By connecting these services, you authorize PomoCraft to access your Google data as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy.
You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PomoCraft — including but not limited to the design, logo, code, text, and graphics — are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of all data you create within the App (tasks, notes, session history). You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service.
7. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep PomoCraft available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted at https://pomocraft-ochre.vercel.app/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PomoCraft and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or loss of profits — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if the App was used for free).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
